Our Story

Our founder, Ron Burnett, started RV Incidents with the idea of offering top quality RV repairs at pricing that beats our competitors. We never cut corners or sacrifice quality on any of the vehicles that we service or repair. We offer the best customer service, in fact we know most of our customers by name, and we always provide fair and honest pricing to all of customers. At RV Incidents our only advertisement is our customer’s testimonials to their fellow RVers, friends and family. Our goal is to make every customer a “happy camper”.

Humble Beginnings

When Ron started RV Incidents in 2003 he was operating out of a one-bay shop in a small industrial park in Nixa, MO. Seeing that there was a need for an RV collision repair shop in the area he put his years of experience as a painter and body man to use and transitioned from repairing cars and trucks to RVs fulltime. He started out doing smaller jobs for the local RV dealers and quickly earned a reputation for doing quality repairs, promptly, and for reasonable prices. As Ron’s customer base grew, he began looking to the future and decided to purchase the field next to his small shop and design the RV Incidents facilities that we have today.

The Next Chapter

In 2010 Ron partnered with collision industry expert Bud Nickl to help take RV Incidents to the next level. Our current facility houses four 60 foot long service bays and a 55 foot long cross draft paint booth. In addition to our shop we have a customer waiting and delivery area, as well as a large fenced and gated storage lot to house our customer’s vehicles. After the building was up and running and our customer base began to quickly grow and we set out to hire the most qualified staff we could find. Our lead paint technician has over 15 years experience in RV collision repair and painting and has worked for the largest RV dealer in the country. Our renovation technician has been building limousines and renovating RVs since the early 1980s and has wood working, upholstery and flooring expertise. Our Systems technician is fairly new to RV repairs, but has been in the RV industry for years and has worked at our areas largest RV dealerships. Our employees provide the highest quality and widest range of RV repairs in the southwest Missouri area.

The Future

RV Incidents has grown from a small one man shop to the premier RV collision, repair, and renovation shop in the Springfield/Branson area. Our loyal customers have helped brand our shop as having unparalleled customer service and offering the best quality repairs in the industry. Our success is in no small part due to the customers that have recommended us to their fellow RVers and told the story of a humble RV shop a little off the beaten the path in Nixa, Missouri.

With Bud’s retirement form the industry in 2016, Ron has partnered with Jessie Lamb to usher in the next era in RV Incident’s history. It is our goal to continue to serve our customers fairly and honestly and to show that your shop does not have to be big to have a big reputation.
